How to request deletion

You can request account and data deletion by emailing letcontactabhi@gmail.com.

Use the subject line: Delete my Nomi account.

Please include the email address connected to your Nomi account so we can locate the right account.

What deletion may include

Deletion may include your account profile, saved transcripts, dictionary terms, snippets, and related app data connected to your Nomi account.

Records we may need to keep

Some records may be retained only if legally required, such as records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.

Processing time

We expect to process deletion requests within 7-30 days after we can verify and locate the account.
